Trainer request privacy

Assessment requests

Your name, email, phone, ZIP and training concern are stored by Learn to Speak Dog and made available to the selected trainer and authorized LTSD administrators to arrange your assessment. Contact consent is recorded with the request. A request does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing.

Local availability requests

Your email, ZIP and consent are stored for one notification when an approved marketplace trainer is listed within 50 miles. Notifications are currently awaiting activation. Availability requests do not subscribe you to newsletters. The email includes an unsubscribe link managed by our sending service.

Campaign attribution

A browser identifier and first-touch campaign, facility and guide information connect visits and requests for aggregate pilot reporting. Repeat visits are deduplicated. Email-derived identifiers are private and are not exposed in public reports. Your potty-plan tracker notes stay on your own device and are not submitted with a trainer request.

Your choices

To withdraw an availability request before an email is sent, or ask about your stored request, contact hello@learntospeak.dog. Browser storage can be cleared on your device.
